Every piece is printed after you order it — here’s how long the journey takes and what it costs.
01 Production Time
Production Time: 3–5 business days. Every piece is made to order after purchase. Production includes printing, hand finishing, inspection, and packing before your order enters transit.
02 Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping — delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after the production period. Free on orders $99+, otherwise $7.50.
- Express Shipping — delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after the production period. Flat $14.
- Studio pickup — free, Thu–Sat 10am–4pm; we’ll email you when it’s ready.
03 International Orders
We ship to 40+ countries. International transit runs 7–21 days depending on destination. Import duties and local taxes, where they apply, are the recipient’s responsibility — your country charges them, not us.
04 Tracking
A tracking link lands in your inbox the moment your parcel leaves the bench. You can also check which step your piece is on — queue, printer, finishing or courier — any time on our Track Order page.
05 Lost or Damaged in Transit
If the carrier loses or mangles your parcel, that’s ours to fix — reprint or full refund, your pick. Let us know within 30 days of the ship date and we’ll sort it.
