01 The Basics
By placing an order with CPM 3D you agree to these terms, along with our Return, Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies. Every piece is manufactured after you order it. Production Time: 3–5 business days. Standard Shipping delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after the production period. Express Shipping delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after the production period.
02 The Made-to-Order Reality
3D printed objects are built layer by layer, and subtle layer lines are part of their character — not defects. Colors may also vary slightly from your screen; filament is moodier than pixels.
03 Our Designs
All designs, print files, product photos and the CPM 3D name are our intellectual property. Buying a piece means you own that piece — it doesn’t include rights to reproduce, scan, or resell the design or files.
04 Pricing & Honest Mistakes
Prices may change between drops. If an obvious listing error slips through (a $4.50 lamp, say), we may cancel the order with a full refund and an apology rather than honor the typo.
05 Sensible Use & Liability
Our pieces are designed for ordinary household use. PLA softens with heat — see Product Care — so dishwashers, ovens and parked cars in summer are all off the table. We’re not liable for damage from use outside the intended purpose.
