How long until my order ships? +
Production Time: 3–5 business days. Standard Shipping delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after the production period. Express Shipping delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after the production period.
Can I request a custom colorway? +
Absolutely — that’s half the fun. Pick “A custom commission” in the form above and tell us the piece and the palette. If we have the filament, we’ll print it; if we don’t, we’ll suggest the closest pop.
What’s your return policy? +
If a piece arrives damaged or just doesn’t pop for you, let us know within 14 days and we’ll reprint or refund it. Returned pieces get reground into new filament — nothing goes to landfill.
Do you do wholesale or stockists? +
We work with a small number of shops that share the made-to-order ethos. Pick “Wholesale & stockists” in the form and tell us about your shelf space.
Are the pieces food and dishwasher safe? +
Mugs and cups are sealed with a food-safe coating and are fine for cold and warm drinks. We recommend hand washing — dishwashers run hot enough to make PLA wiggle in ways we didn’t design.
