Production Time: 3–5 business days. Standard Shipping delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after production. Express Shipping delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after production. Free standard shipping on orders $99+, and tracking links arrive the moment your package leaves the bench.
Returns & Reprints
Arrived damaged, or just doesn’t pop for you? Tell us within 14 days and we’ll reprint or refund it. Returned pieces get reground into new filament — nothing goes to landfill.
Product Care
Hand wash with warm (not hot) water — PLA wiggles in dishwashers. Keep pieces out of parked cars and direct summer windowsills, and they’ll stay popping for years.
